Sometimes I have to brag just a bit. All parents do, right? So don’t hate me that my kids ate chicken vindaloo this week without a moment’s hesitation. And liked it (well, sort of in Kyra’s case). This recipe has complex flavors, you can’t tell what is in it from looking at it, and it has a funny name. But there was not a single complaint.

Hurrah. Double hurrah because it was delicious and I really enjoyed it.
